We are recruiting for our multi customer site here in Zellik, for a Customer Care Coordinator

What you do on a typical day as a Customer Care Coordinator
- Serving as an intermediary between GXO and customers, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration
- Developing, preparing, and presenting KPIs during monthly business reviews, providing clear explanations and insights
- Ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all customer requirements to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Designing and conducting surveys to gather customer feedback and insights
- Taking charge of the recall’s procedure, ensuring efficient handling and resolution
- Keeping records of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Handling customers' special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
- Managing the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
What you need to succeed at GXO
- MBO+/HBO level, with 2 to 4 years of similar experience gained within a customer service environment is very welcome but not essential
- Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Good experience of reporting and presentation skills
- You are proactive, communicative, flexible and accurate
- You enjoy working as part of a team
