For our Customer Excellence department in Willebroek, we are looking for a contingent worker to replace a colleague who is on a long-term sick leave. In this position, you will be responsible for the planning and organisation around the delivery of our dialysis products and services to customers.
Who are our customers? These include home patients as well as hospitals, pharmacies and wholesalers. You are literally the spider in the web between the logistics chain and the delivery and service of our dialysis products and services.
In doing so, you will ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent planning and quick resolution of any issues. You will be part of a team with three other Customer Excellence Officer and report to the Customer Excellence Lead BE.
Work
- Entering daily individual orders in SAP of disposables, investment goods as well as spare parts.
- Maintain daily contact with customers and transporters.
- Thinking along in optimising processes within the Customer Excellence Centre.
- Following up orders from A to Z (order to invoicing) and taking action in case of discrepancies.
- Timely processing of returns, credits and debits.
- Creating and updating customer data in SAP.
- Monitor the drugs and materials used and communicate any changes to the treating physician with regard to PD/HD home dialysis patients.
- Timely and accurate filing of files.
- Processing and entering signed quotations in SAP, checking item numbers and logistical data.
- Various additional work.
Profile
- Bachelor working and thinking level.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial or Customer Service role.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Up-to-date knowledge of and experience with MS office packages (Word, Excel, Teams).
- You are motivated, have a hand-on mentality and think solution-oriented.
- You work accurately and pay attention to detail.
- You are customer- and service-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- You are stress-resistant and can cope well with change.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch (mother tongue or C2) and good command of English and French (at least B2).
