Your role in our team
As a Customer Success Account Manager, you are the strategic link between Ingram Micro and our key customers. You build, grow, and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of mid to high-value accounts, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services and solutions.
You are proactive in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support customer onboarding and adoption processes, and act as a trusted advisor in aligning client goals with Ingram Micro’s portfolio. You create demand by identifying needs, solving problems, and acting as a voice of the customer internally. Your efforts drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What will you do?
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B customers as their primary point of contact
- Build strong relationships and understand each client’s business needs
- Promote Ingram Micro’s full range of products and solutions to support customer growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and revenue growth through upsell opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer insights to maximize success
What do you bring?
To be successful in this role, you have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver strong customer outcomes
- A commercial mindset with a passion for building partnerships and driving business value
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in the IT or technology industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
