Reporting to the Service manager, you will support all B2B customers who turn to the SMA for technical support
Remote Second-level technical assistance ((telephone, email, online service center, remote tools) in complex PV and storage systems to customers on our products.
Diagnosis and remote recovery of failures and anomalies
Use of business applications for troubleshooting management
Creation and follow up of Service Cases through the Salesforce system
Board swap support for Solar Partner and advanced installers
Reporting.
In order to be succesful in this role you have:
Diploma or degree in energy, electrical, electronic or electrotechnical fields and/or IT networks;
High Problem solving ability and customer orientation
Excellent communication skills with a high clinet centric mindset
Good knowledge of the Dutch/French and English
Availability for constant training and refresher courses online or in our HQ in Germany
Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector/ storage system sector
Positive spirit, flexibility and good resistance to stress
Ability to understand the technical aspects related to the field of energy/photovoltaic management
Analytical skills
