About this vacancy
- You develop and execute the global HR strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving cultural alignment across regions.
- You collaborate with regional HR teams to support employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
- You provide strategic guidance to regional HR teams, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance across multiple countries and regions.
- You lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives globally.
- You lead global HR projects, such as HR system/program implementations & HR process harmonization.
What we expect from you
- Graduate of a Master in Human Resources or equivalent.
