Function

The Global Data Solutions Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating global product initiatives that are executed through local delivery teams, specifically under the leadership of local Heads of Applications. This role ensures that global product strategies are effectively translated into actionable programs, with clear governance, alignment, and oversight across regions.

This role is responsible for:

Global Program Leadership

• Define and manage the global product roadmap and program structure across multiple regions.
• Ensure alignment between global objectives and local execution plans.
• Act as the central point of coordination for all regional delivery streams.

Governance & Oversight

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across local delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, architecture, and security requirements.
• Facilitate regular program reviews and steering committee updates.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate closely with local Heads of Applications to ensure successful delivery of global initiatives.
• Serve as the voice of the global product team in regional forums and vice versa.
• Manage expectations and communication with senior global stakeholders.

Strategic Alignment

• Translate global business goals into structured programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure that local delivery efforts contribute to global KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Identify and escalate misalignments or risks to global leadership.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Define and track program-level KPIs and success metrics.
• Consolidate reporting from local teams into global dashboards and executive summaries.
• Drive continuous improvement based on delivery performance and stakeholder feedback.

Profile

As Global Data Solutions Lead you deliver global initiatives via local execution that are on-time and on-budget. You achieve high stakeholder satisfaction across global and regional teams. You are effective in the risk and issue management across delivery streams and you show your measurable contribution to global business objectives.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in global product or program management roles.
• Strong background in managing large-scale, cross-regional initiatives.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with distributed delivery ownership.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.
• You are based in Europe in the proximity of a Kiwa office and are willing and able to frequently travel to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Preferred:

• Experience in digital transformation, IT.
• Experience working with local IT leadership and regional delivery teams.
• Certifications in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, MSP) or Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale).

Our offer

In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Data Solutions Hub. We work in a matrix structure and in this role you will hierarchically report to the IT Director of Kiwa/Vincotte Belgium and functionally to the Global IT Director.
