Spark Solutions, a newly established branch of Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, is seeking proactive, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated trainees or junior professionals. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in business development and legal-policy consulting within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will do
- Assist in business development activities, including drafting proposals and preparing presentations for potential clients and partners
- Conduct legal and policy research, analysis, and reporting on findings
- Help coordinate projects and internal operations in a start-up-like setting
- Support with client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and representation at events and networking activities
- Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to help shape the company’s growth and service offerings

Your profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least a master’s degree in private or business law (previous internship or work experience in the private sector is an asset)
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and willingness to take initiative
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- English language proficiency (other languages are a plus)
