Short Description:
The Operations agent is responsible for the best usage of our fleet network. He,/she is controlling completely the dispatching process and the organization of the day to day road business.
- Quote, offer, build, organize, execute, monitor and optimize the road transport solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries in line with processes and service Level agreement
- Ensure achievement of kilometer turnover & cost optimization for our carriers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with an operations and customer oriented approach
- Is accurate and focused, has knowledge of transportations means and all administrative processes, good selling techniques
- 1-2 years of experience in the logistic field is a plus
- Language skill: Italian & English (any other additional languages is a plus with a preference for French, Romanian, Polish or Portuguese)

The candidate should already be residing in Belgium or the Netherlands within a 50 km radius of Maastricht/Genk/Liège.
