The opportunity
You’ll be joining a small but highly collaborative Customer Operations team consisting of two colleagues, working closely with our Warehouse team (two team members and one manager). Our culture is supportive and hands-on - everyone plays a vital role in ensuring medicines are delivered on time and in full compliance.
Description of the role
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will manage customer orders, maintain master data, support supplier coordination, and act as a key point of contact for customer and supplier communication. Your daily work will directly impact customer satisfaction and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing and tracking customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries
- Maintaining up-to-date master data in our ERP system
- Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to prevent stock issues
- Supporting quality assurance and ensuring compliance with GDP guidelines
- Contributing to process improvements and generating relevant reports
We would like you to:
Take ownership of the full order process and ensure a smooth experience for both customers and suppliers. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly and professionally across all touchpoints, helping maintain our high standards.
- Keep our ERP system updated with accurate, reliable data
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid shortages
- Contribute actively to process improvements and operational efficiency
What we need you to have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or supply chain (pharma experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards experience is an advantage)
- Strong Excel skills and data accuracy mindset
- Solid understanding of GDP guidelines and pharmaceutical wholesaling
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
