A day in the life of a Talent & Learning Expert
The Talent & Learning team is part of the Human Resources department. It’s the centre of expertise for learning and talent development activities. As Talent & Learning Expert, you :
design innovative learning, talent & DIB solutions that translate business needs into impactful development experiences
drive leadership development to strengthen leaders in a fast-changing environment
contribute to the development of our ITP’s (ING trainees) on their exiting journey
implement global initiatives locally with creativity and pragmatism—always with an eye for smart processes and real impact
collaborate with stakeholders across the business to co-create solutions, manage expectations, and build engagement
promote a culture of lifelong learning, inclusion, and growth—making development a key lever for employee engagement and retention.
