What can you expect?
From first contact to first day ! You’ll be the go-to person for ‘all things recruitment’: from sourcing and competence-based interviewing to onboarding and teaming up with employer branding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to find the right people for the right roles, all while keeping the candidate experience top-notch.
Here's what you'll do:
- Run the full recruitment cycle like a pro—from first contact to contract signing.
- Spot and attract top talent.
- Assess if a candidate competencies and attitude fit our Legend Biotech needs and culture.
- Co-create hiring strategies with managers and bring them to life.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for today and tomorrow.
- Be a brand ambassador—show the world what makes us a great place to work.
- Help new hires feel welcome before they even start.
- Support campus recruitment and connect with the next generation of talent.
- Bring fresh ideas to improve how we hire and grow.
- Be eager to learn, develop and spread your wings in HR.
Who are we looking for?
Education: Master’s degree in psychology or an equivalent field, enabling you to easily assess competencies and talents.
Experience: Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but potential and attitude matters most.
Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, and you communicate clearly and confidently.
