To support our growth, we’re looking for an energetic and structured colleague to join us as a Junior Partner & Growth Operations Officer, a key role connecting the dots between partners, sales, marketing, and product.
What you’ll do
You’ll be the driving force behind partner coordination, proposal management, marketing enablement, and process follow-up. Your work makes sure nothing falls through the cracks and that great ideas turn into real output.
Marketing & Content Coordination:
- Help turn product features, customer cases, and updates into digestible content
- Track and support marketing deliverables with our external partners
- Support webinars, events, product launches, and other campaigns
- Draft or adapt content that connects with a professional audience
Partner & Sales Support:
- Coordinate and help draft RFP and RFI responses
- Prepare quotes, commercial offers, and partner agreements
- Follow up on partner actions en inbound requests from prospects
- Manage templates and content in Hubspot and our internal tools
Project Support:
- Track and manage government funding and subsidy applications
- Follow up on go-to-market projects (e.g. a new module or offering)
- Work closely with product, compliance, and sales teams to stay aligned
- Document progress clearly and flag blockers early
Who are you?
You don’t need to know everything, but this sounds like you:
- Bachelor or master’s degree: Business, Economics, Digital Marketing, Communication, Management, etc.
- You bring structure: Lists, check-ins, and spreadsheets are your friends
- You’re a quick study, especially when it comes to tools and concepts
- You write clearly, in both English and Dutch, with professional tone
- You love digital tools: Hubspot, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Workspace, CRM, templates
- You’re communicative, across teams, clients, and partners
- You want impact: You like ownership, feedback, and seeing results
