Soudal Websites Manager

As Soudal Websites Manager, you will be responsible for both the technical structure, further development & optimization as well as the international coordination and support of our Soudal branded Drupal websites in over 30 countries.

• You are the website specialist and provide internal and external support of our Soudal websites worldwide
• You manage the projects and work related with our external website agency and follow up on development, testing and integration with data from our internal IT department (PIM, DAM, CRM, etc.)
• You closely follow up on technical issues and look for further optimization and manage website requests from colleagues from all over the world.
• You suggest improvements for enhancing SEO and cooperation with group marketing managers as well as local marketers in various countries.
• You support new product launches with possible promotion activities on websites and by cooperating with colleagues working on social media channels.
• You are an important point of contact, in close consultation with the marketing department, for technical advice
• You give technical training to new colleagues at home and abroad and prepare online training materials.
• You analyze the SEO performance and set up benchmark studies
• You think long-term and help define the online strategy and how to coordinate data use for other applications

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a marketing or IT related field
• You have several years of experience in a technical online-related context
• You have good communication skills for close cooperation with marketing as well as IT colleagues
• You have good project experience and are at the same time stress resistant to solve problems quickly
• You can express yourself orally and in writing in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
• You are passionate about improving online CX, to take the customer journey to a higher level.
• You aim to discover the full potential of using data to reinforce marketing and sales efficiency.
• You have a strong knowledge of website optimisation, Google Analytics, SEO optimisation, and integration with social media channels.
