Lacoste is opening a brand-new boutique in the heart of Brussels (Rue Neuve) in September, and we are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about premium customer experiences, team leadership, and brand excellence.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail (experience in premium or luxury retail is a must)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural leader who sets the tone and inspires others
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on client experience and service excellence
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
