We are developing a future-proof fiber optic network in collaboration with strong construction partners. Within our Performance Improvement team, we are looking for a driven Program Manager to identify, guide, and implement strategic initiatives that make our rollout even more efficient, flexible, and cost-effective.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, developing, guiding, analyzing, and implementing programs that contribute to the strategic objectives of the organization
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, build support, and foster cooperation
- Maintaining open, constructive communication with all departments across the organization
- Proactively identifying (and escalating when necessary) risks and issues within programs and developing mitigation strategies
- A Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering or Industrial Sciences)
- Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving
- An independent, flexible work attitude with a strong “can-do” mentality
- Ownership and responsibility to successfully deliver programs from A to Z
- Affinity with network and infrastructure technologies, and a basic knowledge of fiber optic networks
- Interest in IT tools and data analysis (Power BI, Python, SQL, etc.)
- A transparent, honest, and respectful communication style
