Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support the Interventional Systems team with both administrative and commercial activities. This is a part-time internship designed specifically for university or college students
The position requires a commitment of 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, working from 8:30 to 13:30. The intern will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members, contributing to marketing initiatives, customer support, event planning, and internal sales processes, gaining practical, hands-on experience in a leading medical device company.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with administrative and sales-related tasks
- Assist with updating product and technical information
- Manage documents including contracts, tenders, and price offers
- Help coordinate promotional material, samples, and customer data
- Contribute to event planning and congress preparation
- Participate in customer communication and telemarketing campaigns
- Support purchase order tracking and internal reporting
- Aid in organizing social and technical training activities
- Provide general support for the business unit’s day-to-day operations
Profile Description
- Enrolled in a university or college program (mandatory – internship must be formalized through a university agreement)
- Studying Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
- Fluent in Spanish and has a good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools
- Interest in the healthcare or medical technology field is an asset
