Our European Growth Market Team is now looking for a Junior Marketer based in Belgium!
To support the marketing and commercialization operations of the Growth Markets business unit by handling executional and administrative tasks that enable the senior team to focus on strategy, market development, and customer relationships.
In this role, you will focus on:
- Commercial & Marketing Support
- Assist with promotional decks, sell-in materials, trade presentations
- Coordinate local adaptation of brand assets and label management
- Upload and manage regulatory documents and approval workflows
- Cross-functional Project Management
- Liaise between Growth Markets and internal departments (R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Commercialization)
- Follow up on action plans from meetings and ensure smooth execution across the board
- Reporting & Data Management
- Consolidate A&M spend trackers, sales reports, Juice Council input
- Maintain and update distributor scorecards and promotional calendars
- Operational Efficiency
- Schedule and organize market visits, product samples, and activation kits
- Serve as team support for presentations and event planning
This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.
The successful candidate will be :
- 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, marketing coordination, or commercial support
- Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural remote environment
- Fluent in English; additional language(s) a plus
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
This role is based in Zeebrugge - Belgium and it will be required to come to the plant.
