Your challenge
As a consultant at The House of Marketing, you will collaborate with clients across various industries on strategic marketing consulting and interim management projects. Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported by your client partner, counselor (career coach), and experts from The House of Marketing and the broader Customer Collective ecosystem.
- Project delivery : You’ll take ownership of delivering projects on time and exceeding client expectations. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you will be involved in a broad range of marketing domains. The exposure spans across a variety of B2B and B2C industries.
- Knowledge sharing and development : You’ll actively contribute to our internal knowledge base by sharing your expertise, coaching junior colleagues, identifying new opportunities for clients. All with an open-minded and forward-thinking approach.
Your profile
We’re looking for a marketing professional with a strong, broad-based or T-shaped profile. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on experience and a passion for continuous learning.
Must-haves
- 4 to 8 years of work experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment
- A solid marketing background with proven impact
- A consulting mindset: eager to challenge the status quo and drive change
- Experience or strong interest in coaching and mentoring others
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Adaptability and curiosity to work across different industries and environments
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in Dutch, French and English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing automation, innovation, product and brand management, organizational design, value management, customer experience.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Experience in fast-paced environments: able to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change
