About the job
We create and maintain smart, efficient workspaces. As Facility & Project Manager, you ensure our buildings run smoothly and evolve with our growing needs.
Responsibilities
- Facility Management – Existing Buildings
- Monitor and maintain existing buildings
- Coordinate small technical works and repairs
- Create and update technical documentation: data sheets, contracts, user manuals, operating procedures, etc.
- Organize and plan equipment maintenance
- Project Management – Renovations and Improvements
- Lead improvement projects (e.g. environmental/urban permits, call box installations, bike shelters, etc.)
- Manage tenders, validate proposals, and coordinate suppliers
- Monitor execution and ensure quality of work
- Project Management – New Constructions
- Actively participate in the preparation and implementation of new construction projects (e.g. 17,000 m² office development, silo parking, etc.)
- Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and validate technical choices
- Manage tenders and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers

About you

- Strong interest in construction, renovation, and technical environments
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, often under time pressure
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written – able to respond to employee requests in both languages
Nice to have
- Previous experience in facility management or construction
- Strong stress management
- Experience with Odoo is a plus
