Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Support Engineer (L2 Support);
- Expert knowledge of Oracle databases 11g and 12c;
- Intermediate understanding of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones) running Windows OS and Apple iPhones/iPads.
- Providing second-level support for end-user queries;
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues to minimize disruption to users;
- Logging and tracking support incidents using the helpdesk ticketing system.
