What will you be doing in this role?
- Organization, deployment, and ongoing management of Information Systems (IS) support.
- Coordination and oversight of support teams.
- Management of IS services and related processes.
- Collaboration with project teams to ensure alignment and support.
- Administration of wikis, collaborative platforms, and internal social networks.
- Oversight of information resources and maintenance of the organization's knowledge base.
- Monitoring and improvement of service quality in incident, problem, and issue management.
- Handling and tracking of user requests and inquiries.
- Providing guidance and assistance on effective use of information systems.
- Management of IS-related incidents.
- Development and organization of user documentation for information systems.
- Planning and delivery of IS and ICT training programs.
- Participation in meetings with users, service teams, and project stakeholders.
- Designing and implementing efficient support processes.
- Supporting users with information systems and ICT tools via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master's degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 9 years of relevant experience) out of which 2 years of specific experience in Support Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in providing end-user support for information systems, particularly within business workflow applications.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Access Management.
- A minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in Information Security.
- Experience with wikis, collaborative platforms, social networks, and maintenance of IS knowledge bases.
- Experience with SAP and Oracle is an advantage.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documentation.
- Proficiency in English language at C1 leveland French (B2+ level)
