You lead three teams, build clear frameworks and strengthen collaboration between people, systems and departments. Thanks to your work, our unmanned station network runs smoothly, safely and in full compliance - today and tomorrow.
You’re both a team player and a systems thinker. You keep the overview and drive progress.
What you’ll do
Lead three key teams:
- Internal Operations – the first point of contact for technical incidents and responsible for daily monitoring of the network
- Field Operations & Projects – handles maintenance and project execution across multiple sites
- Compliance & Legal – ensures full environmental and legal compliance in every country
- Admin – supports daily operations and keeps processes running smoothly
You also:
- Distribute tasks wisely, set clear priorities and provide direction
- Build a strong team that takes ownership and continues to grow
- Optimise processes—from invoice flows to supplier collaboration
- Track performance, define KPIs and adjust where needed
- Ensure compliance, work closely with consultants and follow up on regulations
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, and actively contribute to cost efficiency
Your leadership powers a network that runs, connects and keeps evolving.
Who you are
- You have leadership experience, ideally in a technical or operational environment
- You inspire your team, lead with trust and make clear decisions
- You’re structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic
- You’re familiar with SAP, MS Office and operational workflows
- You speak English fluently and at least two of the following: Dutch, French, German or an Eastern European language
- You’re at ease in an international setting and open to travel
- You stay calm, even when things move fast
