Qualifications
Solid experience in print-ready design and digital layout work
You know Adobe like monks know mantras
A design degree (or equivalent experience) that proves your layout karma
A sharp eye for details, spacing, alignment, and prepress finesse
You work autonomously, but sync easily with team energy
Bonus points if you’ve got the zen to handle deadlines without breaking a sweat
