Mission of the Role

As a Digital Growth Manager, you'll dive into ongoing campaigns across owned media channels, collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, and optimize where needed. You'll rely on data analysis to gain insights into the customers' (online) behavior, their preferences, and areas where the campaigns can improve.
Your Responsibilities as a Digital Growth Manager
- Making strategic recommendations on ongoing campaigns, focusing on improving customer engagement via owned channels (website, app, email, etc.).
- Analyzing campaign trends and customer behavior to identify growth levers and optimize communication strategies—your goal: increased conversion and customer engagement.
- Using the right tools and platforms to launch and optimize various 360° marketing campaigns across the owned media ecosystem.
- Organizing and analyzing customer data to enable more targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Conducting in-depth research to identify new growth opportunities within our customer segments, using data insights to better understand customer behavior.
- Developing and implementing A/B testing strategies to improve marketing performance and maximize ROI.
- Defining and managing the budget for growth initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from Digital Media, CRM, E-commerce, Customer Care & Marketing Technology.
- Ensuring all digital and personalization initiatives are aligned with overarching company strategies.

The Ideal Digital Growth Manager
- You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and/or growth marketing, or in customer experience management.
- You’re fully up to speed with today’s digital channels like social media, email marketing, mobile apps, and websites.
- You have hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP and CDXP) and marketing automation tools (Marketing Automation & CRM)—these are a must in this role.
- You're extremely data-driven and experienced with analytics tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- You’re autonomous and proactive, constantly evolving your role in line with market trends.
- You’re a natural connector and team player. Your strong interpersonal skills help you collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams.
- Your project management skills are on point—you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- And yes, you’re passionate about digital innovation and emerging technologies.
- You speak Dutch or French fluently and have a good command of the other national language, as well as fluent English.
