Digital Production Manager

The Digital Production Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role also involves reporting, analyzing results, and providing strategic recommendations. Client satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. You’ll be the guardian of project profitability and a key contributor to developing new opportunities with existing clients.

You bring expertise in UX design and web content, and you thrive in a collaborative environment with our development, creative, and strategic teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage digital projects for different clients from A to Z

• Take the briefing from the client and challenge it if necessary

• Make a planning and an estimate and make them validated by the client

• According to the planning, plan and coordinate all the needed resources (copy, web design, front-end and back-end developer, etc.) to realize the project

• Follow up of the administrative and budgetary aspects of the digital projects and make sure of the profitability of each project

• Follow up of ongoing digital projects until delivery

• Have a sense of user experience, provide light UX design audit and recommendations

• Have a technically oriented mind enough to understand how a website works on the backend and on the frontend; talking with developers does not scare you

• Manage risks and identify appropriate solutions

• Provide excellent service, understand the project also from a technical point of view and support clients to ensure building privileged relationships

• Ensure the quality of the project by challenging the deliveries and by following an adequate quality assurance policy

• Create reports, analyze results and recommend action plans

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Production, or a related field

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in digital production management, digital project management and/or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of completed projects

• Proficiency in digital production tools and software

• Sound knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and/or CSS; ability to discuss technical requirements with the development team, while confidently communicating project updates to clients and stakeholders

• Good knowledge of and interest in staying up to date with digital martech

• Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams

• Strong presentation skills, confident in addressing client questions and presenting solutions

• Eager to learn and share knowledge

• Proactive mindset with a passion for improving client outcomes

• Fluent in English; intermediate+ level in French is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience as a Production Manager with Drupal

• Familiarity with project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
