We are looking for a CSR with experience in Export / International order handling for our CSR team.
The purpose of this position is to receive and process all types of customer orders in line with sales policies and in compliance with multiple business procedures and decision points to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will perform data-entry activities in SAP as per instructions described in the business procedures. The CSR will also act to flag and follow up on (master) data issues and perform control checks needed to ensure an accurate processing.
Your key responsibilities:
· Perform order entry activities in SAP in line with Service Cloud Console priority and sales policies (customer segmentation), in compliance with multiple business procedures and as per instructions from Decision Centers
· Process all order types including intercompany and export orders
· Follow desk procedures and policies in compliance with SOX and internal controls as well as in compliance with quality requirements
· Actively monitor open order report to ensure data accuracy in SAP and that deliveries arrive at the customer on time and as committed
· Execute quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions as per business guidelines
· Support the implementation of e-commerce
· Independently perform the daily activities
· Back-up team members

• Internal stakeholders:
o Ongoing dialogue with the CS Team Leader and other CSR team members
o Ongoing dialogue with the Sales Support Team, Sales Team, Supply Chain and Decision Center
o Ongoing dialogue with DuPont logistics team
• External stakeholders:
o Ongoing dialogue with warehouses and carriers
o Ongoing dialogue with external customers
Qualifications:
· Preferably minimum Bachelor degree
· Fluency in English, any other language (especially French and Dutch) is an asset
· Required good command of SAP (P80). Experience in Export and Customer Service is a plus
· Experience in SFDC is a plus
· Self-motivation, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential
· Excellent planning & organization skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Inquisitive curiosity, an open mind and a desire to succeed are important
· Quick learner, especially when it comes to IT systems
· You are an accurate worker and stress-resistant
