Due to business growth Nippon Express Belgium is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Air Freight Healthcare team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers, operational teams, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and service excellence for sensitive and time-critical shipments.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding air freight shipments in the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates or delays to clients.
- Manage documentation and data entry in compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and company procedures.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and promote continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Level or equal to experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Air (Export) Freight, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of GDP regulations is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Team player.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
