Your Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between customers and various internal departments at Leonidas, ensuring impeccable customer service.
- Handle all customer and consumer inquiries, comments, and complaints quickly and adequately, offering appropriate solutions and informing customers of the follow-up on their cases.
- Manually enter orders for certain customers and transmit the information received to the relevant departments.
- Apply store opening procedures and process orders as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate administrative follow-up by processing, managing, and updating customer data and files.
Your Profile:
- Hold a degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and empathy to ensure customers feel supported and helped.
- Good administrative skills and proficiency in IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Perfect command of French and English, and good knowledge of Dutch.
