To support our growth, we are looking for a versatile and experienced Office Manager who can also assist in HR and Finance.
Your Role
As Office Manager at Prismax, you are the backbone of our headquarters in Mechelen. You manage the day-to-day operations, support our finance and HR departments, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities include
Daily office administration and general support
Assisting with accounting tasks using Teamleader, Billit, and Yuki
Supporting HR operations: onboarding, tracking absences, assisting the team
Managing suppliers and handling internal orders
Organizing team events and meetings
Managing tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Your Profile
At least 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with tools like Teamleader, Billit, and/or Yuki is a plus
You are discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
A true team player with a hands-on mindset
Languages: You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English, French is a plus
