Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from A to Z
- Handle customer requests and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure high service quality and cost efficiency
- Follow customer processes and requirements strictly
- Manage communication with drivers and suppliers
- Identify improvements and share ideas with the Country Manager
- Prepare transport documentation for invoicing
- Spot and share potential business leads
Your Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in transport/logistics (a plus)
- Strong communication skills – fluent in Italian & English (written and spoken)
- Customer-focused, organized, and proactive
- Able to handle pressure and multitask
- Willing to work in rotating shifts between 08:00–19:00 (Mon–Fri)
- Residing in Belgium – we do not offer relocation
