In this new role, you will take responsibility for part of the operational process within our audit department. You will work from our office in Antwerp and serve as the key link between our clients and our auditors, both administratively and organizationally.
This includes tasks such as calculating and preparing re-certification contracts, making adjustments to existing contracts, processing customer information, assembling the audit team, ensuring audits are conducted within the desired timeframe, issuing certificates correctly to clients, and ensuring accurate invoicing. You will perform these tasks in close collaboration with your direct colleagues and those from other departments within our organization.
Your responsibilities:
Together with your direct colleagues, you are responsible for the operational process of a sector.
- You prepare contracts and adjustments to contracts for existing clients, taking into account specific technical scheme requirements and commercial considerations.
- You process new contracts.
- You act as a point of contact for our auditors regarding contracts, technical approvals, and the database.
- You monitor the quality of our data in the database and continuously contribute to the efficient use and optimization of our projects.
- You ensure that all audits are scheduled within the correct timeframe by auditors with the appropriate qualifications.
- You outsource certification projects to subcontractors.
- You keep the planning system up to date and ensure it aligns with scheduled audit activities.
- You prepare certificates for the technical review process and deliver them correctly to clients.
- Your expertise may also be requested for coordinating and planning international projects.
