The position of Food Regulatory & Specifications Officer at Solina might be just right for you!
As part of our team, you’ll help ensure our technical documentation is always accurate, complete and ready for our clients and regulators — supporting innovation, safety and transparency in the food chain.
What will you be doing?
Manage and update technical documentation related to raw materials (ingredients and packaging), in collaboration with the Quality, R&D and Supply Chain teams.
Handle incoming client requests regarding finished products and relevant raw materials.
Support in the creation and maintenance of technical datasheets.
Ensure traceability of all information provided to clients.
Back up the person responsible for specification management, AX transfer and labelling when needed.
Stay up to date on EU food regulations and apply changes in technical documentation accordingly.
Who are you?
You hold a bachelor's degree in food technologies, dietetics, food science or an equivalent field.
You are detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for order and structure.
You work accurately and can prioritize tasks efficiently.
You enjoy administrative work and want to contribute to food quality and safety.
Experience with food regulations (HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO) or ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
You are a team player and have good communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
