Regulatory Affairs Officer
Function
1. Develop regulatory strategy
- Ensure active monitoring of regulations applicable to substances, products and raw materials.
- Anticipate legal developments and assess their impact on our portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance into our business strategy.
2. Manage regulatory dossiers
- Draft, monitor and submit the necessary registration dossiers.
- Collect and structure scientific, regulatory and technical data (R&D results, tests, etc.).
- Work in liaison with external bodies and specialized legal experts.
3. Act as point of contact with regulatory authorities
- Participate in exchanges with the FASFC and other local and international bodies.
- Manage inspections and respond to any regulatory deviations.
4. Support internal teams
- Accompany departments (production, quality, innovation, etc.) in understanding regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear, operational recommendations.
5. Support business development
- Respond to international regulatory requests from customers.
- Ensure product compliance in target markets.
Profile
With 5 years' higher education, you have a Master's degree or are a graduate of an engineering school, specializing in chemistry, biology or biochemistry.
- You have significant experience in regulatory affairs for food products, ideally with a specialization in this field.
- Solid knowledge of European and FDA regulations is required, any other international regulations would be a plus
- You are rigorous, analytical, able to summarize, and able to work cross-functionally.
- You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
