- As part of the role you will collect, establish and control (on a quality and regulatory level) the labelling/specifications /packaging of raw materials, finished products or recipes and translate when required ready for approval.
- Participate in projects (short-term quality assistance on site, etc…),
- Handle administrative tasks to support the FT team (mailing, etc…).
- Working on IT platforms (CODEV, Trace One, Traqtion …) for the specification management
- Support the FT teams for new product ranges for (contact with suppliers, review of technical compliance).
- Assist in product life cycle concept
- Support with food, health & safety, fire risk assessment, and other related areas audits
- Effectively organize your own diary to ensure all specific client deadlines are met, accommodating last minute requests as necessary
- Support Audit Delivery Team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate support to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition or food (or equivalent by experience)
- Precise and rigorous aptitude.
- Working autonomy, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, with a good. balance between quality and quantity.
- Good communication skills : Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact easily with clients and team members.
- Passionate and motivated by the wide array of food and nutritional aspects (compliance, quality, regulatory, labelling activities). Being familiar with food, nutrition, and nutriments terminology.
- Be able to objectively taste all kinds of food (no food aversions)
- Experience in inspecting and evaluating the quality of products and knowledge of EU food legislation will be huge asset.
- Some experience in Food / large retailers is an asset.
- Knowledges of IT tools (Trace One, K.Retail, Traqtion ...) is a plus
- Dutch & English Fluent (understanding and written), good command of French
