NGIS, a Telenco Group company, is looking for a Business Development Manager B2B with strong networking skills to join our sales team in Zaventem. NGIS is a leading consulting-engineering firm specializing in in-building telecommunications solutions. We focus on providing reliable ASTRID and MO-DAS indoor coverage to our B2B customers, aiming to optimize their operations with the best communication services. The position

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager B2B to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell our ASTRID and MO-DAS services to business customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement result-oriented prospecting strategies.
  • Identify, target, and approach key decision-makers in the B2B sector.
  • Convert new prospects into satisfied and loyal clients.
  • Actively participate in events, trade shows, and professional meetings to enrich your network.
  • Propose tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of new clients.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up to maximize conversion and retention rates.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of sold solutions.

Your profile

You are a true hunter, driven by challenges and the conquest of new markets. You are highly skilled at approaching potential clients, convincing them of the added value of the solutions you offer, and transforming opportunities into solid partnerships.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in the construction or low voltage electricity sectors.
  • You are recognized for your ability to identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities into successful business deals.
  • You can quickly establish a trusting relationship with key decision-makers and adapt your pitch to meet their specific needs.
  • You master sales strategies and long sales cycles, with a particular focus on prospecting and negotiation.
  • You are perfectly trilingual (Dutch, French, English), which allows you to work effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Experience or good knowledge of ASTRID, MO-DAS, or mobile networks (2G to 5G) is a significant asset.
  • You are autonomous, dynamic, and resolutely results-oriented, with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed set objectives.
