Position Overview
We are currently seeking a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our Team, with a specific focus on Mainland Europe and the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Mainland Europe and the Benelux region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Represent No deviation at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, German, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- A proven track record of success in a business development, sales, or commercial management role.
- Extensive experience working within the pharmaceutical or a related highly-regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business, create work, and drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong existing network and established relationships within the pharmaceutical sector in Mainland Europe and the Benelux.
- Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, including key market drivers and challenges.
- An ethical approach to business development and a strong commitment to compliance and company values.
- Possess minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry.
