Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent in Netcompany?
As an Application Support Agent you will
- Handle and triage support tickets in ServiceNow.
- Provide first-line support and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Communicate clearly with users and ensure timely updates.
- Update support documentation and gather user feedback.
- Log issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with support teams, developers, QA, and analysts.
- Assist in managing urgent or high-impact incidents.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Up to 2 years in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with MS Office; knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus
- Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Able to work in a multicultural, international context
