We are looking for an IT Program Manager to independently lead a complex multi-disciplinary strategic program that contains several large projects with long-term strategic impact across multiple business lines.
This role is pivotal in driving process improvement through the implementation of AI and automation technologies, while managing teams and navigating stakeholder interests. The program is expected to span 1–2 years and requires deep business insight and cross-sectoral coordination.
Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Program Manager who can establish and shape the program, bridging business and IT perspectives. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead the creation of program plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational frameworks and governance.
- Define and lead the governance and delivery of major programs using appropriate methodologies.
- Apply and review program management standards across multiple domains.
- Specify and negotiate program scope and deliverables, ensuring integration across strategic projects.
- Interpret business needs and recommend innovative solutions at the organizational level.
- Oversee resource allocation and budget forecasting to ensure effective utilization.
- Ensure clear roles and responsibilities within project teams and compliance with governance structures.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to build strong relationships and secure executive buy-in.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across business units, and develop recovery plans when needed.
- Lead program reviews and reporting to evaluate progress and guide decision-making.
- Drive benefit realization strategies to ensure business value is achieved.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Extensive experience in leading cross-domain projects in technical, industrial, and multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational and process knowledge in the domain of Corporate Sectors (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) for critical decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and strategic programs.
