Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and order growth across Belgium (both Walloon and Flemish regions). This role combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship-building to deliver value-added solutions to our clients. You will be the face of Ingersoll Rand in your territory, driving business development and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on offers for new machines, spare parts and service contracts
- Conduct client visits to present offers, address technical inquiries, strengthen relationships, and negotiate agreements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide regular updates to management through weekly meetings and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Valid driving license.
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, preferably in industrial equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Electromechanics or equivalent).
- Experience with blowers or rotating equipment is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Travel & Work Arrangements
- Office-based in Halle, with regular client visits within your assigned territory (Belgium).
- Occasional travel for training or internal meetings may be required.

- Strong sales and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid technical understanding of industrial equipment.
- Ability to manage and grow both Equipment and Aftermarket sales.
- Professional representation of the company in customer interactions and industry events.
