- Act as a trusted advisor for legal professionals and translate their challenges into tailored stp.one solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - across mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Drive adoption of our platform, from Contract Lifecycle Management to Legal Knowledge Management and Enterprise Search.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners, ensuring consistent value and satisfaction.
- Shape and grow our footprint in the Benelux market - you’re not just selling software, you’re building partnerships.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with mid-to-large companies (<1,000 employees)
- Proven track record in new business development and exceeding targets
- Confident in selling to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
- Based in Belgium (ideally Brussels area) - most of your work will be remote, but proximity matters.
- Bonus points for:
- Sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
- Background in legal tech, compliance, or corporate legal
- Introductory Call: You get to know our Recruiter and we look at expectations and fit.
- Digital Interview: Deep Dive into technical topics and your future role together with our Sales Director & Recruiter (remote)
- Case: Following our interview, you’ll receive a case study to prepare for the next on-site meeting.
- Case presentation and open Q&A (on-site)
- Final Decision and alignment on mutual goals
