What’s the job about:

• Adheres to global accounting standards and policies;
• Acts as first point of contact for vendors;
• Is responsible for the verification of the vendor master data;
• Prepares vendor reconciliations and payments;
• Supports the increase of DPO and coordinates exceptions on the standard 60 days payment term;
• Is responsible for the vendor invoice workflow;
• Processes non-operational invoices according to local policies;
• Follows-up on correctness of Purchase Orders;
• Prepares comments for the monthly A/P reporting within the given deadlines.

Who are we looking for:

A great colleague to join our Finance team and who possesses following qualities:

• A bachelor's degree in an Economic area or equivalent
• Good verbal and written proficiency in both Dutch and English, German is a plus
• Excellent Excel skills;
• An enthusiastic attitude with the drive to achieve accomplishments;
• A have a high sense of responsibility.
