Temporary Administrative Support Officer
Position Overview
The Service Support will play a key role in supporting the Service Team in overseeing framework agreements with public institutions. This position ensures the smooth execution of contractual obligations, accurate documentation, compliance with public procurement rules, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of framework contracts and related agreements.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of all contractual records.
- Monitor contract timelines, deliverables, and renewal schedules.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Support compliance with public procurement requirements, legal standards, and company policies.
- Maintain audit-ready records and ensure accurate filing for accountability.
- Operational Support
- Liaise with public institutions to process service requests under framework contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations) to ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms.
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a point of contact for routine inquiries from clients and partners.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Manager for resolution.

In more detail, you should:
- You have strong administrative and organizational skills and work with great attention to detail.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
- You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you have experience in contract management, administration, or support within a corporate or public environment.
- You possess basic knowledge of (or interest in) procurement and tendering processes, or you are willing to develop this expertise.
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external partners.
- You are proactive, service-oriented, and thrive in a supportive role.
