CMA CGM Belgium is looking for an HR Officer to join its Benelux HR Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Officer provides the foundation for optimal use and continuous development of CMA CGM’s Human Capital. The HR Officer is the first point of contact for employees and managers concerning day to day HR queries. The HR Officer will develop and maintain all key HR processes and will standardize and innovate wherever possible.
The key responsibilities of the HR Officer are divided as such :
- Administrational and operational support focused on the overall employee lifecycle.
- Liaison, primary point of contact for all queries for your own pillar/departments within CMA CGM.
- Continued updating and maintaining of databases to ensure 100% accuracy and production of any associated reports.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to CMA CGM HR principles, practices and policies and legal framework.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, and deductions.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- First experience in payroll and highly motivated to support in all aspects of HR.
- Excellent communication with a high level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
