HR MANAGER

TASKS:

• Oversees the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and

benefits administration.

• Together with the HR Director, handles employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and

performance management.

• Responsible for the Belgian payroll & payroll processes.
• Ensuring the application of social legislation.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• HR controlling and data analysis.

PROFILE:Education/Experience:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven working experience as HR Officer.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
