HR MANAGER
TASKS:
- Oversees the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and
- Together with the HR Director, handles employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and
- Responsible for the Belgian payroll & payroll processes.
- Ensuring the application of social legislation.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- HR controlling and data analysis.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Officer.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
