ABOUT AEROSPACELAB
Our mission is supported by an ambitious vertically integrated approach: design & manufacture of small satellites combined with development of earth observation services.
Since its creation in 2018, the company has already grown substantially. Our team gathers more than 25 engineering expertise, from hardware design to software development & data science.
In 2025, Aerospacelab counts offices in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), Toulouse (France), Lausanne (Switzerland) and US West Coast with more than 300 full-time employees, with the ambition to position itself as the European leader in small satellites.
DUTIES
- Design, implement, and monitor a global training plan for all departments.
- Track training participation and evaluate effectiveness.
- Provide day-to-day support on Soft and Hard HR operations (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, administration, pay...).
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements.
MUST HAVE
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, minimum Bac3 from Haute École or a Master 1 from University.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous internship experience in an HR department.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Odoo.
- Interest in digital tools and HR analytics.
