In a context of transformation and digitization, the HR department has a key role in preparing the workforce for the future. To accelerate our transformation, we are hiring a Senior HR Project Manager who will lead high‑impact, cross‑functional HR initiatives and drive the optimization of our strategic HR processes. We are currently looking for a Senior HR project manager with a strong background in Human Resources and ideally, hands-on experience in skills management.
As a Senior project manager, you will shape and deliver enterprise‑wide HR projects—ranging from skills‑based workforce planning to digital process redesign
- Design and deliver strategic HR projects that strengthen talent pipelines, upskill our workforce, and align people capabilities with business priorities.
- Map, analyse, and re‑engineer end‑to‑end HR processes to boost efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
- Create robust business cases and secure sponsorship by translating complex data into clear, value‑driven narratives for senior leadership.
- Lead multi‑disciplinary project squads—setting scope, milestones, budgets, and governance
- Build consensus across diverse stakeholders and keep initiatives on track.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, rallying teams around your ideas and reporting effectively on progress and impact
- Monitor benefits realization , ensuring lessons learned inform our continuous‑improvement culture
Who are you?
- 5+ years project‑management experience, incl. 3+ years delivering large‑scale HR or people‑transformation projects.
- Proven HR expertise: Solid understanding of HR challenges, particularly in skills mapping, talent development, or competency frameworks.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic overview.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Agile and solution-oriented: Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
