MATERIAL MASTER DATA Assistance
- Daily Maintenance of PET Material Master Data: Maintain and update PET material master data in SAP, ensuring all entries are complete, accurate, and current. Process data requests related to PET materials, including creation, extension, and modification, across all PET entities.
- Periodic Data Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality control checks on master data to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplications, and outdated entries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and uphold data integrity.
- Phase-Out Activities: Support the phase-out process for obsolete materials by coordinating and executing phase-out plans. Ensure smooth removal from active systems while maintaining compliance. Assist in documenting and communicating phase-out activities to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Support: Liaise with relevant departments (procurement, production, sales) to resolve material data issues. Work closely with the Global Master Data Project Lead to align PET material processes with the Global Master Data Project.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Provide communication support: gather, consolidate, and prepare presentation slides for the plant info-channel and periodically for executive management.
- Maintain general databases and employee phone lists.
- Handle e-signature processes and contract documentation.
- Assist with event organization upon request (e.g., restaurants, hotels, taxis, room bookings, catering).
- Order and manage inventory and replenishment of office supplies and furniture.
- Oversee coffee, water, and fruit services; ensure smooth daily operations and act as the central contact point.
- Assist in processing purchase requisitions into purchase orders, including communication with suppliers.
- Support Supply Chain tasks upon request (e.g., reporting, data collection, research).
- Provide back-up support within the Supply Chain team during absences and holidays.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
RECEPTION DUTIES
- Greet, direct, and provide hospitality and assistance to all visitors; ensure every guest is registered in the building security system.
- Answer and appropriately direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, in line with company policies.
- Manage daily mail and courier services, and distribute accordingly.
- Ensure front office services, including replenishing supplies for copiers and stamping machines.
- Maintain housekeeping standards at the reception, guest areas, and meeting rooms to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Cover the front desk during main working hours.
- Manage multiple conference rooms, including coordination of last-minute changes.
- Facilitate meetings by preparing rooms and ordering catering as needed
