We currently have an opportunity for a Secure Data Assistant in our Mechelen offices!
Job Description
The main responsibility of the Secure Data Assistant (SDA) is to assist the Secure Data (SD) and Secure Data Analytical Programming (SDAP) teams with all trial related administrative work.
Job description:
- Support the SD and SDAP team with trial related administrative work:
- Randomisation list handling (Documentation, distribution, archiving, …)
- Review of randomisation data (EDC/clinical database)
- Finalization and follow-up of Data Transfer Agreements and study documents
- Correspondence with External providers related to necessary documentation and status tracking (Data Transfer Agreements, randomisation lists, …)
- Filing of all appropriate documentation in the trial binders
- Assist both teams with all other administrative tasks (courier, letters, filing, archiving, etc…)
- Perform quality controls
- Archiving of closed projects
- Support the SD team with the completion of budget proposals and with budget follow up
- Other administrative tasks:
- Attend team meetings and write meeting minutes and/or reports
- Participate in the validation of SD tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor office management/ management assistant (medical secretary is a plus) or equivalent through proven experience
- Languages: very good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Team player
- Flexible
- Very accurate and with an eye for detail
- Respect for deadlines
- Able to handle multiple priorities
