Are you passionate about digital media, data-driven strategy, and delivering outstanding campaign results? We are looking for rockstar talent to join our dynamic team as a Digital Coordinator, where you'll be at the core of media buying excellence, collaborating with top-tier clients, agencies, and digital experts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Tactical Planner, you are responsible to closely work with the Digital Tactical Planners and ensure through different tools ensure the good start and follow-up of the campaign
- Follow up on booking & invoicing process
- Be responsible of internal and external invoicing
- Create estimates & schedules as soon as the campaign has been validated by the client
- Make sure the client has signed the schedule
- At the end of each month, check that all your estimates are ok to be invoiced
- Digital direct buying
- Create the digital plan into our planning tool Bridge (manage plans, trafficking, tech specs, reporting + communication between experts)
- Creation and follow up of direct buy.
- Direct contact with publishers
- Estimate performances of the plan (based on previous reportings) in collaboration with the experts of other disciplines (search, social, programmatic)
- Follow up campaigns
- Ask for technical specifications as soon as the campaign has been validated by the client
- Monitor delivery of the campaign and keep inform the tactical planner
- Day-to-day follow up and keep inform the tactical planner
- Material follow up
- Ensure we receive material so we can start the campaign on timE
- Ensure the good delivery to the experts
- SPOC for the creative agency (delivery of material)
- Ensure all the deeptracking tags are well implemented to start the campaign (test it together with the trafficking team)
- Reporting: Compile mid and end consistent reporting. Provide actionable insights.
- Tools: Euro Job, Marketing Intelligence Engine (MIE), Tableau, Heavy Planet, Bridge, Buying tools
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in digital media buying or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels and performance marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, administration lover with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
